Three acts, 10 minute intermission between each act, doors open a half hour before listed showtime.
Free gala and cast meet-and-greet after each performance outside the theatre.
The action of the play occurs in an English industrial city, where a young girl commits suicide and an eminently respectable British family is subject to a routine inquiry in connection with the death. An inspector calls to interrogate the family, and during the course of his questioning, all members of the group are implicated lightly or deeply in the girl’s undoing. Containing an unexpected plot twist in the end, this drama will keep you on the edge of your seat in all three acts.

Little Theatre is pleased to announce the cast for our Spring Mainstage, an Inspector Calls!
Auditions for Little Theatre’s Spring Mainstage will be January 21 from 6-9 pm in the Frisch Conference room (underneath Frisch Hall, FHLL) and January 22 from 3-6pm in the Little Theatre Clubroom (in the basement of the Student Center).
If acting isn’t your thing, come anyways and join our production staff! Gain experience in lights, sound, props, costumes, set building or whatever suits your fancy! We will have both audition forms and production forms at the auditions. Fill out one or both and come hang out with all your friends in Little Theatre!
If you are unable to make auditions but want to help out with production staff, please email us your name, contact information, schedule, and what you’re interested in doing.
Be sure to come down to the Marie Maday Theatre in Lyons Hall tonight at 8pm to see William Shakespeare’s wonderful comedy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream–a magical show filled with magic spells, fairies, kings and queens, and transmogrification!.

Hello everyone! It’s almost that time, a mere nine days, until the Little Theatre’s production of William Shakespeare’s comedy, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” We hope to see you at the show, all the information is on the poster below, just give it a click!
Hey Little Theatre! That time of year has arrived once again! SHAKESPEARE AUDITIONS!
This years show will be A Midsummer Night’s Dream and will be directed by our Artist in Residence, Eileen Dugan. Around the time of the marriage of the Duke of Athens, A Midsummer Night’s Dream tells the story of four young lovers and a theatre troupe whose lives are manipulated by a group of mischievous faeries who reside in the middle of the woods. Categorized as a comedy and one of Shakespeare’s most popular works, A Midsummer Night’s Dream will promise laughs and a story for the whole audience to enjoy.
Auditions will be Tuesday, September 24 from 4:30 to 7:30 and Wednesday, September 25 from 6 to 9 in the Frisch Conference room.
Auditions will be a cold read. You will be given a few pages of the script, and after a few minutes to read them over, you and everyone in your scene will be called in to read for the director. You will also be required to fill out a quick form beforehand.
If you are interested in Production Staff, please stop by the club room during audition time to fill out a Prod Staff form.

OPENING NIGHT IS TOMORROW!
This weekend and next weekend come see Little Theatre’s production of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth! We all have been working very hard to put on what is sure to be a magnificent performance full of sword fighting, gruesome murders, heinous witches, an evil queen, and one insane Scotsman. It is sure to be a performance you will never forget and may even give you nightmares. Performances this weekend are Thursday October 18th @ 8pm, Friday October 19th @8pm, Saturday October 20th @ 2pm. More performances next weekend Thursday October 25th @ 8pm, Friday October 26th @ 8pm, and Saturday October 27th @ 8pm. Admission is free and refreshments are served afterwards, you really shouldn’t miss out!
